As of 1st April 2006 changes to our network to reduce unwanted spam have been implemented, these changes will not affect most clients except you will notice a reduction in spam.
Our network will now be using an extensive range of RBL ( Real Time Blocking Lists ) to block senders of spam to our network.
Any client who does not wish to have this change affect the incoming spam to their email accounts can just email support or use our support desk and list the domain/s they would want excluded from the RBL spam reduction process.
You can even nominate senders domains if somebody has been innocently blocked because they are on an ISP which has had their IP's put on the RBL blocking lists. Just send us the domain name/s and we will consider whitelisting the sender.
