If your images are not showing up correctly for the program Oscommerce in IE ( internet explorer ) try this fix.
ensure the images folder and all images are owned by your accounts username, if they are owned by the user 'nobody' they will fail to load properly in IE.
If you don't know how to chown a file, or cannot chown files through your ftp program please submit a support ticket with your domain name, the path to your Oscommerce installation and your username please.
