The problem is your computer could be caching old pages and not viewing new pages, you need to open up an internet explorer window and do this
Click the Menu TOOLS
Click the Menu INTERNET OPTIONS
Click the Menu GENERAL
Where it says " Temporary Internet files" Click the Menu Settings
Ensure the box is checked that says " Every visit to the Page"
Then click OK
Then Click the Button which says "Delete Files"
this will remove temorary internet files on your computer and free up your system to work properly.
Check the box "Delete all offline content"
then click OK
this could take 30 minutes to run on your computer, let it run.
then Click the button " Delete Files"
Check the box "Delete all offline content"
Click OK
this will clear those login cookies to websites so ensure you know your logins to any password areas.
Click OK and exit, restart your computer and see the difference.
