Here are some details on how you can block users from visiting your website.
Login to your CPanel https://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel (yourdomain.com meaning your website address) and scrolling down till you see the words IP Deny Manager click on the words or the image above it.
One you have done this and you have the following information.
1: IP Address of the user(s) (eg. 144.121.12.112*)
2: Domain (eg. host203-53-22-332.someisp.com*)
Enter the IP or Domain into the box next the text IP Address or Domain: and then clicking on Add.
If you would like to remove an IP or Domain choose the IP or Domain from the drop down box under the text Remove an IP Deny: followed by Remove.
That's it your are done. This helps with keeping certain people from entering your website if you do not wish them to do so.
