Ok we are now going to go through the Edit White/Black/Ignore List and Review Log
By clicking on the Edit White/Black/Ignore List you have the option to Add/Delete/Modify any current emails in the lists of White List, Black List and Ignore List.
First click on the Edit White List link and enter the email addresses that you want to allow so when the email you they don't get the Verify your email message. In setting up this system "from friend@domain.com" friend@domain.com being the friends, family, co-workers email address you wish to allow. You can also allow certain subjects like this "subject hello friend" or just using "from friend@domain.com" which is much simpler to use. Make sure that you press enter before entering a new entry. When your finished editing, click the Save button at the bottom. Then clicking Back to return to the previous screen.
Next we will edit the “Ignore List”. Click on the Edit Ignore List much like the White List you can do the same thing, enter from “something@domain.com” something@domain.com being the email you wish to ignore same thing with “subject” enter subject I hate you. Making sure that you press enter before entering a new entry. When your done editing, click the Save button at the bottom. Then clicking Back to return to the previous screen.
Next we will edit the “Black List”. Click on the Edit Black List and as the same above enter the email address you wish to blacklist and not receive emails from. Example from someperson@domain.com meaning the person(s) you wish to edit. Making sure that you press enter before entering a new entry. When your done editing click, the Save button at the bottom. Then clicking Back to return to the previous screen.
Next we are going to onto the Review Log. Click on the Review Log which is the log for the day that you received emails. This just tells you about the Date it was received who from and if it was added to the White List, Ignore List or Black List. Then clicking Back to return to the previous screen.
Next Post we will go into the Review Queue area and go through the area's required to accept/blacklist/ignore.
