Ok now we are going to cover the Review email Queue area.
Once you are in the Managment area of the email you would like to view the Queue for, do the following.
Click on the Review Queue list the following will show up.
First you will see Boxtrapper Queue for user@domain.com (email being the one you are view the Queue for). Once you have done this there will be a list of emails that have been sent to you (or other email account) that have yet to be delivered.
Take a look at this image bellow for an example

This is an example of what you would be looking at when you review the queue of emails you have received.
Ok next we are going to go through the Choose an 'action' list which will show up when you click on the email you would like to Receive, Blacklist, Ignore and so forth.
From the list you can choose the following.
Whitelist and deliver all messages from this sender.
Allow the email to be delivered to you (or other email account)
Whitelist and deliver this message from its sender.
Allow the email to be delivered to you (or other email account) and added to the Whitelist of email address.
Deliver all messages from this sender.
Allows all e-mail’s to be delivered from the email sender
Deliver message.
Deliver only this message to your email account (or other email account)
Delete this message from the queue.
Deletes the email from the queue and don't deliver the email
Delete this message from the queue and blacklist the sender.
Allows you to delete the email and add to a Blacklist of email address you do not want to receive emails from
Delete this message from the queue and the sender to the ignore list.
Allows you to delete the email and add the email address to the ignore list of email senders
When you have everything setup to the way you like it you simply login to CPanel click on the Boxtrapper link and go to 'Manage' next to the email account you wish to view the Email Queue for and either Whitelist or Send Blacklist and Not Send or Ignore and not Send to you.
