Just use the Support Desk Registration Link and ignore the invoice generated, no need to put in any payment information.
We always answer emails within a few hours if not minutes, many times we send a reply to a new or existing client and see the email bounce from their Local ISP server, so we then send another email from a totally independent mail server not on our network, sometimes the same bounce.
If you did not, have not received an email from us for any request you might have made Please submit a support ticket, there is no need for any client or prospective client to wait days for a response.

If you cannot remember the email address you originally used for support or its long since changed or disabled please just make up an new support login and register again using either another email adress or even a non existant email address, you can still login to view support responses.
