When setting up your packages please ensure you do not set any resource to: unlimited
This will cause issues with accounts, our system is set to stop unlimited usage for good reason an account with unlimited space can fill up a hard-drive and disable the entire server.
Same with email accounts, if you must advertise unlimited to be competive please ensure you set a sensible number of email accounts and communicate with client that they can have extra accounts at anytime without further cost, remember it only takes one spammer to blacklist an entire server.
