When setting up new accounts please ensure you use a username at least relevant to the domain name.
For example: mywebsite.com Username: my or myweb
Up to 8 characters can be used, please ensure you do not add any symbols to the username.
The reason to make the username relevant is our system locates all accounts through usernames and makes it much easier to assist you more quickly when support is needed.
