Support Notice
It has come to our attention that spamm assassin and spam box which is a Cpanel feature may cause some emails to be incorrectly sent to the spam box in your cpanel.
If you are having email problems please take these steps first and test again.
Disable spamm assassin ( link is in cpanel email section)
Disable spam box ( link is in cpanel mail section)
Ensure you have no :blackholes: or :fail: settings for your default account.
Just a note on default accounts.
Please be aware your account does have a catch all default email address which is
yourusername@yourdomain.com
Generally default accounts setup in Outlook express only require the username in the mail settings as opposed to alias accounts setup which require (account name-alias in this example is 'admin')
admin@yourwebsite.com
thankyou
