Firstly ensure you are attempting to enter your cpanel from the correct browser address
http://www.yourwebsite.com/cpanel
Username: your username
and your password
If your account has only been setup within the last 24 hours you may enter your Cpanel via the server name or IP, please ask support about the correct address for your account.
Sometimes browsers cache old settings or internet addresses which are no longer relevant, you can clear that cache by:

TOOLS
INTERNET OPTIONS
SETTINGS
Make sure the box is ticked
EVERY TIME YOU VISIT A PAGE.
Also on your computer
START
RUN
ipconfig /flushdns
OK
