Hello,
1. How limits are set in WHM for client accounts for Autoresponders and Email Aliases, and are they set to unlimited by default. I checked the WHM docs, but didn't find anything under accounts, but I may have missed it?
2. Also is it possible to modify a client account already created from the accounts menu, or do I just need to create a new package and upgrade / downgrade the client to that?
3. If I need to rename a client username can this be done?
4. If I need to change a plan name do I just create a new one of the required name and upgrade the client to the new named plan or can plans be renamed?
5. When moving clients between plans of the same feature set will this break the existing client account?
6. Am I allowed to use your terms of service on my site with digitalhost replaced by my name?

1. for resellers its unlimited, but please do not set any of your plans to any unlimited settings as they will not work correctly, its better just to set email etc to 10,000 each if you have to.
2. If you modify a package it will automatically upgrade clients on that package.
3. Renaming a client is a new feature introduced recently in WHM but we advise against this practice as there have been some issues with mysql databases and other problems, the reason being all functions on our severs for a domain run off the 'username'
4. Plans cannot be renamed.
5. moving clients between plans is fine, without breaking anything.
