Yes.
Digitalhost servers are live and connected to a large international network, if you make changes to your website those changes should be seen immediately.
If for some reason you do not see those changes within a couple of refreshes of the browser there are a couple of reasons.
1. Your browser settings need changing, you can find the menu to make these changes in your browser under
Tools
General
Settings
then 'check box' Every Visit to the page.
Ok and Apply.
2. Your local Isp may not update their cache as often as they should, please check with them first.
