Digitalhost at this time run six mail servers, these mail servers are constantly maintained, upgraded, virus protected and keep your emails flowing.
At certain times you may find one procedure for retrieving your emails not to work as fast or efficiently as you would like, in the rare event you find your mail server timing out please try again or try another method of mail retrieval.
1. pop3 with Outlook Express or other home computer program

2. imap with Outlook Express or other home computer program
IMap instructions below which are very similar to setting up pop3 but instead you choose IMAP
3. Horde web-mail system
http://yoursite.com:2095/horde/index.php
Login: emailaccountusername@yourdomain.com
4. cpanel neomail
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
Login: yourusername (usually the first few letters of your domain name)
Check Web Mail
Choose Neomail
Login: emailusername@yourdomain.com
and your email account password.
IMAP mail server setup Instructions:
Open Outlook Express.
Click on Tools then at the Bottom of the list click on Accounts.
Now click on the TAB that reads MAIL.
On the Right hand side you will see a list of options, Click on ADD and then select MAIL
This will begin the Internet Connection Wizard. The Wizard will prompt you for information and guide you through the setup.
Display name: Buisness Name, Your own name, or a NickName.
Click next
Email address: username@yourdomain.com
Click next.
My Incoming Mail server is an: IMAP :server (this will need to be changed from POP3)
Incoming Mail server name: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail server name: mail.yourdomain.com
Click next
Account Name: Username. Password: ********
Click next
This option will be determined by the type of connection you are using. If you are unsure of your connection type set the option as "I will establish my internet connection manually".
Click next then Click "FINISH" this should complete the standard setup.
