In your welcome email you will be provided with information that will allow you to enter a Cpanel and ftp files to your account before your domain name resolves to our servers.

Recently some domain registra's are updating dns instantly and your website may be live as soon as you register your domain

If you wish to setup databases and other more complicated pages you would need to wait until propagation is resolved or purchase a dedicated ip address for your site, this will allow you to view and work with all pages before your dns has propagated.

Just a note* A more recent change on all servers is we have turned off directory indexing, meaning you will not be able to see your files listed in directories, the only way to a file is a direct path, this helps make a more secure enviroment as it keeps snoopers from seeing your files.

Thankyou.
