Its not a questiong of how many! Its more how many in what time.
1. all emails sent from digitalhost servers must be going to a person or persons who wish to receive an email or emails from you.
2. If you have a mailing list, that software or mailout must have an opt out which is
(a) easy to see
(b) easy to use
(c) it must work.
3. If you have a large list to send emails to ( more than 100 people) you must run software which controls the send-out rate.

failure to follow the above recomendations could see your account/s suspended or terminated.
