If you have any connection Issues to digiatalhost servers first check
1. Your domain name has not expired
2. You have the correct nameservers at your domain registra
3. You have a index page for your website in the folder public_html
4. Ensure you have not recently uploaded a .htacess file
5. Check you have a good connection at your dial up ISP
6. Check http://www.digitalhost.net/support.php for a Status report.
7. Run the cmd command from your computer
START
RUN
type in 'cmd'
Hit enter
Then do a traceroute or tracert command from the cmd window to your domain or ip address on our server.
tracert domain.com
8. Send in a support ticket with details of the tracert readout so we can identify a possible cause of the problem.
9. Send us your ip address from your location, you can identify your ip address here: https://www.digitalhost.net/cgi-bin/ipshow.cgi or here
http://whatismyipaddress.net/
10. Ask a friend to check connection to your website from another location.
