You would have received information with your hosting signup about ftp login.
Remember the default account uses: username as the ftp login.
Subsequent ftp accounts may need to use: username@domain.com
Subdomain ftp access may need to use: username.subdomain@domain.com
Note* If you need more ftp accounts they are provided free of charge up to a number at the discretion of digitalhost management.
