You may however post support issues here in this forum, but please do not post passwords or account usernames in this forum, instead post a support ticket through our support desk if the information here is not specific enough.

This is our new support desk which would have been setup with your new hosting account, the username and password should be the same as your Cpanel username and password.

Contact Phone Number
Account username.
A support desk will be setup for you and an email will be sent to you with your password,

If you do not provide a valid phone number, no password will be sent.
