In the war against spam, your isp is tightening down on the way mail servers send and receive emails.
Unless you directly connect to our servers through the web-mail system
http://yoursite.com:2095/horde/index.php
all your email still must go through your isp, if your having trouble with your email before putting in a support ticket please check your email through the webmail system, if it works then your email is configured correctly, the servers are up and our mail server is working correctly.
Many times simple check of settings in Outlook express fixes many errors even if you don't change anything it has been known for Outlook express to be repaired just by checking boxes off and then on again.
Also your default email account which is
username@domain.com (same username which allows access to ftp and cpanel) must be setup in your mail client (outlook etc) using only the username. As opposed to all subsequent email accounts must use the full email address username@domain.com
If you have changed your Cpanel password recently it must be syncronized with your ftp and email default account, our servers are set to do this automatically each 24 hours and if you need instant access and find your password is not working please submit a support ticket.
